   3. SCAN this FORM after signature on stamp duty to email help@triv.co.id
      For security reasons all SCAN / PHOTO ID results. Should only be attached in .jpeg or .jpg or .png format
3. Verification is only required once just like opening a bank account, Triv reserves the right to accept/reject the information you provide to Triv.co.id
4. By submitting this form you agree that Triv.co.id has the right to verify any information you provide to Triv through third parties.
5. All Triv Transactions remain automated 24/7 after you have verified them in our system
